What the structure does
Four outcomes, engineered at the same time.
Most policies do one job. A financed structure is built to do several at once — which is why it belongs in the same conversation as your attorney, CPA and banker.
Fund the policy with lending, not liquidity
Institutional lending covers the premium, so capital you would have committed stays invested and working. You are compounding on a far larger base than your own contribution.
A contractual floor beneath the index
Cash value tracks an equity index with a guaranteed 0% floor and a stated cap. Down years credit zero rather than a loss — the sequence risk that damages retirement income is removed.
Tax-advantaged growth and distribution
Cash value accumulates tax-deferred, policy loans are generally not treated as taxable income, and the death benefit passes to beneficiaries income-tax-free under current law.
Held outside the taxable estate
Ownership sits in an irrevocable trust with no personal guarantee against your balance sheet. The proceeds arrive where your plan intends them, without probate or forced asset sales.
The mechanism
Zero is the worst year you have.
Index crediting with a 0% floor and a 10% cap changes the shape of a decade. You give up the extraordinary years; you never repeat the destructive ones.

Illustrative only. Index credits shown at a 10% cap and 0% floor, before policy charges, cost of insurance and loan interest. Caps are set by the carrier and are subject to change. Past index performance does not predict future results.
How we build it
A deliberate sequence, not a product sale.
Every case runs the same four stages. Most take sixty to ninety days from first conversation to funded policy.
Discovery
We map your balance sheet, tax posture, entity structure and what you actually want the money to do. If a financed structure is the wrong tool for you, this is where we say so.
Design and modeling
We model the structure across multiple rate, cap and loan-interest scenarios — including the unfavorable ones — so you see the range before anything is signed. Your attorney and CPA review alongside you.
Underwriting and funding
We manage medical and financial underwriting, then place the lending through our banking partners and coordinate trust formation and policy issue.
Annual stewardship
Financed structures are not set-and-forget. We review performance, loan balance, collateral position and exit timing every year, in writing, for the life of the policy.
